Warm Braised Leek with Hazelnut Gremolata

Ontario leeks braised until tender, topped with parsley-hazelnut gremolata and a drizzle of brown butter.

Kale & Smoked Gouda Stamppot Tart

A rustic tart filled with kale, mashed Ontario potatoes, roasted garlic, and smoked local gouda, baked in a buttery crust. Served with a mustard seed vinaigrette and crispy onions.

Cider-Braised Chicken with Winter Root Vegetables

Ontario chicken thighs braised in local apple cider with parsnips, carrots, leeks, and thyme. Served with creamy mashed potatoes and pan jus.

Maple Black Walnut Tartlets

Mini tartlets with buttery crust, Ontario maple syrup, and roasted black walnuts, baked to golden perfection.
